Data processing for structured, standardized and meaningful data
Data processing at Pacmed starts with extracting data out of hospital source systems. We do this both for historic and live data. We have experience with extracting data from different hospital source systems. After data has been extracted, the Pacmed Pipelines are used to transform data from different sources into structured, standardized and meaningful data. This data is ready to have an impact on healthcare; training predictive AI models used in live AI predictions, and research.

Real positive healthcare impact with AI models can only be achieved if they become part of daily practice and are being used in a clinical setting. At Pacmed we have achieved this by having production grade AI models that are connected to live data, integrated in medical workflow, continuously monitored and fully regulatory approved.
Interoperability with leading EHR and PDMS systems
We have experience with extracting data from different hospital source systems; EHRs, PDMS systems, Data lakes, CDRs and more. In the data extraction process we use international data standards (FHIR, LOINC, SNOMED), while remaining agile in adjusting to hospital specific needs.

We truly believe that unlocking the full potential of hospital data can only be achieved as a collaborative effort between the hospital and their data partner. At Pacmed we have in-house medical specialists and data scientists that together with the hospital will guarantee proper data processing. We recognize the need for testing and validating together with the hospital.
